Jewellery Repairs
The most important aspect to jewellery repairs is craftsmanship. At Swiss Timing Ltd., our European trained jeweller takes pride in every piece that is repaired in our workshop.
It does not matter if it is a simple soldering of a chain or the complete restoration of a beautiful piece of antique jewellery – care is of great importance to our jeweller
Ring sizing, Stone resetting, prong checks or anything else that you need should be put in the hands of somebody that has the experience and expertise that is necessary.
Watch and Antique Clock Repair
At Swiss Timing Ltd. Bermuda, we have our own Master Watchmaker - Leopold Jordan – fully trained in Austria. His own personal experience goes back over 30 years.
To Leopold Watch repairs are of great importance to him and he can offer service on the majority of watch brands and we guarantee of our work.
He will replace crystals, crowns right down to complete overhauls and case cleaning and polishing.
All watches need to be serviced periodically – after all you wouldn’t drive your car for 5 years without changing the oil, the same goes for your watch.
Our watch service takes place right here in Bermuda at our state of the art workshop, and most estimates are given while you wait. For complete overhauls the tern around time is anywhere from two to three weeks – unless very specific parts have to be ordered from the manufacturer. Battery and pressure tests are completed in the same day.
Antique Clock Restoration
Our resident Clockmaker – Emil Wibmer – also from Austria has a wealth of experience as he has learned the trade from a very young age from his well-known father Peter Wibmer.
We have the experience to repair nearly all possible kinds of clocks – ranging from Grandfather Clocks, Carriage Clocks or Wall Clocks.
